That’s why we’re picky about who we represent. But it’s good for you, because you benefit from our advertising dollar much more so than a big villa rental website that has hundreds and hundreds of listings.
Full-Time Sales Staff with First-Hand Knowledge
We have a sales team working 7 days a week to answer requests as soon as they come in. Even the most dedicated property owner would have difficulty keeping up with our response time. And unlike the big villa rental websites out there, our sales staff personally visit EACH & EVERY villa we choose to represent, so they will always have first-hand knowledge and experience with your property so we can be sure to recommend it to the right type of traveler.
A No-Contract Agreement
We like to work on a good-faith-basis, meaning we won’t make you sign any sort of lock-in contract. We’ve been in business for 25 years and have never made an owner sign an agreement with us, and yet, the owners who work with us have stayed with us for many years for the pure reason that’s it’s a mutually beneficial relationship.

We Help Your Guests With All Their Travel Needs
Guests will enjoy their stay at your property all the more if they feel confident and organized going into their vacation. Our sales team will help your guests plan everything for their stay – from taxi transfers to car rentals, private cooks to restaurant reservations, booking activities to pre-stocking their fridge. And if you prefer to help guests with any of those things yourself, we’re super flexible on how we work with owners! In fact, how we work with owners is always customized to how they want to do things for their guests.
How Do We Work Together?
- Firstly, we ask you to fill out the form to the right and send us some pictures of your property so we can evaluate if it fits into our quality guidelines and inventory mix.
- If it seems like we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll have a discussion together about the terms of our relationship, such as our commission, how bookings are made, what services you offer guests vs. services we offer guests, etc. We do not have a standard commission per se, but the range is 25-35%, and depends on various factors, like how your property will fit into our product mix, the price point of the property, how much involvement we’ll have with your guests, and how “big of a seller” we expect it to be.
- We’ll ask you for a calendar which is up-to-date and which we can refer to. Once we begin working together, we ask that whoever makes a booking first for a set of available dates in your calendar will have that reservation accepted (whether it’s us or you who books it first).
- We’ll send you payments for all rentals minus our commission on the 10th of each month. We’ve never been late for a single payment.
