Sea houses follow an open-air design that takes advantage of the year-long gentle breeze from the trade winds, providing natural air conditioning. Double French doors and shutters open onto Marigot Bay itself, offering a breathtaking view of sea, sky and mountains. Materials have been carefully chosen to blend in with the environment and to make vacation life in the tropics comfortable at all times for shareholders and their guests. The sea house design flawlessly combines natural and modern materials for the best of both worlds. Natural materials include cedar, mahogany, pine and ceramic tiles. Ultra-soft pastel colors are used on the inside for a true Caribbean flavor through and through.
The living room (12 by 15 feet) features double French doors that open onto a veranda overlooking Marigot Bay. Natural ventilation and ceiling fans. Large sofa-bed sleeps two comfortably.
The master bedroom (12 by 15 feet) is cozy and quiet; double French doors with wooden shutters lead to a cozy balcony. All units have ceiling fans and most have A/C now, too, with others coming soon.
Large covered veranda (8 1/2 by 22 feet) is often the most popular room “in” the house. Great for entertaining and dining.
Bathroom comes with shower and all other facilities.
