Who We Are

For over 25 years Oasis Marigot has been a family-owned and operated business delivering memorable vacation experiences to people across the world who come to St. Lucia to experience the authentic Caribbean, as it once was. The owner and founder, Jacques Binette and his family were the first to build a hotel in Marigot Bay, and were the very first hotel on the island of St. Lucia to have a website. So yeah, we’ve been around a while!

It is also with great pride to say that our staff have been with us for an average of 15 years. So truly, our staff are our family, and that’s why so many guests appreciate our staff in their Tripadvisor comments. It’s what makes us who we are. At Oasis Marigot, you can always count on personalized service where you too, feel like part of our little family here in paradise.

We’ve seen the hotel, resort, and villa rental business evolve over the years in St. Lucia, and we are happy to offer a mix of what we believe the new-age of travelers are looking for – we offer the privacy, freedom, and the authentic experience that only a villa rental can offer, but with many hotel-like comforts and services, like housekeeping, help with arranging activities and restaurants, airport transfers and taxis, pre-stocking your fridge, and so much more. In other words, we’re your personal concierge. Now you can stay outside of a big resort for a more local and enchanting experience, but still feel taken care of.

We are a small but tried and tested operation. It’s never hard to speak to a manager or the owner if needed, and when you make a booking you’ll always be dealing with the same reservation specialist – not a different person each time. We come to personally know your vacation details as good, or better than you! 😉

Another great reason to choose us is that we have an on-island Guest Services Office. Most villa rental companies represent properties all across the world, so when booking through them they really don’t have any local or first-hand knowledge of the area. We only operate in St. Lucia, and we know it intimately. And with our Guest Services Office a visit or phone-call away, it’s never hard to get help with whatever you’re looking for – whether it be make dinner reservations, book an activity, or just get extra towels.
