this spacious and inviting villa. A beautiful freshwater swimming pool and a large cliff-hanging terrace overlooking
Marigot Bay complete the picture. The house is perfect for groups of all sizes, from the romantic couple to the large
group getaway. Plus, the house can be rented by level, so if you don't need all the room you can rent the upper or first
level, or if you want it all - the whole villa.
House Description
The Great House opens up with three classically styled columns, giving rise to the grand living room and balcony. The interior of the villa
is spacious, light, and inviting - and is taken care of by a dedicated and friendly set of staff. Outside the house, beautiful gardens
surround the lawns and pool, creating a truly tropical atmosphere for your St. Lucia vacation.
The upper level features the grand living room and balcony, along with a fully-equipped kitchen and cozy dining room - also with a view
of the bay. There are three bedrooms on the upper level for a total of 6 guests.
The first level features a living room and spacious patio and outdoor lawn and gardens. It has a kitchen and living room with a dining
table. There is one bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed for extra guests.
Both levels share wonderful views of the enchanting ocean vistas and the bay. They both have direct access to the pool and pool-side deck.
Don't forget there is also a detached cottage (bedroom) - a private sanctuary for the extra romantics.

House Proximity to Beach, Restaurants, and Other Services in Marigot Bay
The Great House is a 10 minute walk down the hillside to the beach of Marigot Bay, as well as the restaurants (see our
Marigot Bay Restaurants Guide),
the grocery/liquor store, a bank, a superb dive shop (
Marigot Bay Dive Fair Helen) and much more.
There are plenty of activities at the beach such as; peddle boat, kayak, and Hobie cat rentals, a designated swimming/snorkeling
area, as well as complimentary beach chairs for all guests.
What's so good about the Great House is that it has access to two bays! There is a small, secluded bay that is very quiet
and almost empty of people just to the south of Marigot Bay called Trou Rolland. Similarly, it is only about a 10 minute
walk away, and is a beautiful, peaceful refuge for the quiet beachgoer or fisherperson.
