Our cruising grounds include the Leeward and Windward islands of the Caribbean, ranging from Anguilla to Grenada,
a 500 mile stretch. This encompasses such islands as Antigua, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique, St. Lucia, St.
Vincent, and the Grenadines.
Indulge yourself in this Caribbean experience where beautiful tropical islands are never far from sight and the
trade winds carry you over an ocean full of adventure and history.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines offer some of the best secluded beaches and snorkelling, and a little farther
south the famous Tobago Cays are home to some of the clearest waters of the Caribbean. Here you will find many
uninhabited islands and shallow, colorful reefs teeming with tropical fish and turtles - a sanctuary for snorkelers.
You might even claim an island as your own for the day and just relax on your throne of sand while overlooking
your Caribbean kingdom in all its glory.
With all this to choose from, and considering there are literally hundreds of anchorages in St Vincent and
the Grenadines alone, we understand it may be difficult planning your itinerary, which is why we would like
to suggest the tried and tested sample itineraries below:
Sample One-week Itinerary
This is a suggested itinerary and can be changed according to
your wishes and weather permitted. This itinerary will give you plenty
of time to sail, relax and explore…
Day 1
Join your Traditional Sailing Yacht at Marigot Bay, St Lucia. After
welcoming drinks and dinner, discuss the coming cruise and help plot
your course over a couple of charts of the area you'll be sailing.
Afterwards, you can choose to go and listen to local music in various
bars or just relax aboard.

Day 2
After breakfast, set sail to Bequia, a 5 to 6 hour sail and perhaps
stopping at Wallilabou Bay on the way, scene of the Pirates of the
Caribbean movies. Then sail down to the beautiful island of Bequia,
arriving in time for a quick swim before cocktails and dinner served
under the stars.
Day 3
Swim and breakfast while anchored off the pristine beach of Princess
Margaret's Bay. Dinghy ashore to explore this exquisite little island

fort on Mt Pleasant for a view of the island chain stretching lazily
below.
Day 4

After breakfast, an easy hour and a half sail will bring us to
Mustique ~ a famously idyllic island with magnificent beaches and
snorkelling. Rent a 'Mule' to zoom around and laze under a coconut

along the beach in the cool of early evening.
Sundowners? At Basils, Firefly, Cotton House followed by a Creole
dinner back on the yacht, one of our cook’s specialities!
Day 5
Time to visit the Tobago Cays : a two hour sail and drop anchor in the
arms of the horseshoe reef surrounding the Jewels of the Grenadines.
An afternoon snorkel over brilliant corals teeming with fish, and a
dinghy expedition to Jamesby, relaxing on the pristine white sand
beach. For dinner? Lobster BBQ on the beach, watching the beautiful
sunset.
Day 6
Relaxing morning in the Tobago Cays : swim with the turtles off
Baradel and snorkel over the amazing coral on the South side of Petit
Bateau where the big fishes hang out. Dinghy out to the shallow waters
off the lagoon where you will be able to stand in luxurious turquoise
waters.
After a BBQ lunch, short sail to Saline Bay in Mayreau : swim,
snorkel, dive, sea kayak, sunbathe, read, eat, hike round the island
or just over the peak for a breathtaking view of the entire Grenadines
ranging from St Vincent to Grenada. After a refreshing drink, enjoy
dinner under the stars aboard.
Day 7

After breakfast, it's time to head off to St Vincent, to the south
coast of the pristine Young Island cut, where we anchor for the night.
The choice is yours : dinning onboard or in on the restaurants along
the shore.
