	Doolittle’s Doolittle's is a delightful waterfront restaurant and bar. It is a fun and friendly meeting place for the Oasis Marigot guests. It is located at only about 400 feet below our accommodations on the North Side of the Bay. At Doolittle's, you can sample both Caribbean and Continental fare or delicious cocktails whilst watching yachts cruise by on the tropical waters or maybe experience a dramatic Caribbean sunset. The Chef "Paul" has been living on St. Lucia for more than 30 years and is one of the most famous culinary expert on the island. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a daily happy hour from 5pm. to 7pm. 	The Rainforest Hideaway All the way from Britain, young Chef Verity's new fresh menu truly reflects his high quality international culinary experience. He brings to your table the best of Asian, Oriental and Caribbean flavors by simply using the freshest ingredients. Local Fish and Sashimi are his specialties with a changing seasonal menu. "The most important ingredient when it comes to preparing great dishes is imagination. I have started with a small, but very high quality international menu which uses the bounty of the sea and produce straight from local farmers," says Chef Verity. Tucked in the mangrove of the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean, the Rainforest Hideway also offers a sophisticated list of fine wines, champagne, and exotic cocktails. Verity's fusion cuisine is not to be missed by anyone visiting Marigot bay, as it is already becoming a favorite amongst the most famous sailors and celebrities. Lunch and dinner are served 6 days a week; closed on Tuesday.
	Chateau MyGo (Mama Sheila's) Chateau MyGo is located in a garden setting in the most beautiful surrounding of Marigot bay. Known for its Burritos, Curries, and thin crust Pizza, Chateau Mygo serves locally cultivated fruits and vegetables and brings to your table the natural flavors of exotic spices and herbs in their own family sauces and mixtures. 	J.J.’s Paradise, Restaurant & Bar Not only are the prices right here, but the food is among the best local cuisine on the island. Superbly grilled fish with fresh vegetables get top honors. The welcome is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. The restaurant is located in the inner bay on the waterside (just behind the mangrove).
