FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS.

The only requirement needed is to make your deposit by using a major credit card or a cashier's check ($2,000 US for one full share, $1,000 US for one half-share option). The balance is financed as indicated below.
If you wish to obtain financing, simply indicate on the purchase offer, your selected financing term, (ex: 24-month term). We will prepare your purchase agreement accordingly and you will still have 30 days to make your decision. Your deposit is refundable.
