Facilities for every need
While Marigot Bay does offer the privacy you want, it also provides the services and facilities
that make life easier for any vacationer. These include:

- Excursions and sightseeing trips
to the Volcano, the famous Pitons
and other interesting sites
- Four restaurants and bars
- Grocery store

Fore goodness sakes!
Golf enthusiasts can easily get into the swing of things six miles away at the La Toc/Sandals
Hotel Golf Club, a 9-hole (par 33) tournament-class course. Or at the Cap Estate Golf Course,
just 14 miles from Marigot Bay.
New price reflects increased value
Shares in Phase II are already $3,000 higher than the share price required for Phase I ownership,
an appreciation of more than 20%. At the time of the last update, we have only 5 shares available
in Phase III at the introductory price of $22,980 US. After that, our new price for Phase III
will be $24,980 US.
Shareholders rights... the right to four weeks in paradise
Shareholders have occupancy rights for four weeks a year as long as they retain ownership.
The only limiting factors are making reservations in advance and availability. These should
not present any problem. There is a two-week limit between November 1st and April 30th to
ensure all shareholders of at least two weeks during the heavy tourist season.
Making reservations is easy. Just make your yearly reservations at least two weeks, but no more
than nine months, in advance. Call the Oasis Marigot reservation number (819-326-5897) and we'll
take it from there. We also accept online reservations 24-hour/day, 7 days/week.
You are never limited to any fixed occupancy period, nor are you committed for a fixed number
of years. You have the freedom to sell your share anytime you want or have it transferred to your estate.
You can also use your four weeks any way you want to. Rent them out for extra profit, give
them to family or friends, or enjoy them to the fullest by yourself with the guest or guests
of your choice.
Half a good time!
Half-participation option also available at $11,980 US, giving you 1% ownership
and occupancy rights for two weeks a year (one week between November 1st and April
30th and the second week any other time). You may choose to "bank" your weeks from
one year to use in the next year, or "borrow" one week from the upcoming year to
reserve a longer stay. This way you can use two weeks in the winter season for example.
You can also join and take your two weeks together by making an internal exchange.
New in Phase III!
For the price of a Caribbean vacation, you can now have a permanent investment
in Marigot Bay: a quarter participation that gives you one week of personal use every
year for only $6,480 US.
Oasis Marigot shareholders are given special,
numbered Co-owner's Cards. The number is used
to speed things up in the Oasis Marigot
computerized reservation system and for general
administrative purposes. Showing the card will
also earn you discounts on local goods and
services including sailboat charters and car
Many happy returns
Aside from the general appreciation one expects from owning prime real estate vacation property,
a return of 10% to 20% per year on your investment can be realized simply by renting out your
sea house for the time you are entitled to occupancy.
Oasis Marigot sea houses can comfortably accommodate four. With the amenities provided, an average
weekly rate of $1250 is reasonable. This represents a yearly income of $5,000 US, an easy 16% annual
return after all co-ownership fees are deducted. The final rate you get will depend on wheter or
not you rent out the property yourself or have it done through our company.
Or mix business with pleasure and stay part of the time yourself. Your return on investment
will still be excellent, with vacation accommodations in your own home as an added bonus.
The vacation home that pays for itself
Whether you decide to pocket the profits by renting out your sea house during the time
you have the right of occupancy or enjoy the vacation paradise of Marigot Bay all to yourself,
your home pays for itself in money saved or money made in a matter of a few short years. One
way or the other, it's a great way to have a vacation home of your own in this Caribbean paradise...
at a fraction of what you'd expect to pay.
