The main entrance opens into a spacious living room looking out onto a blue-tiled plunge pool that follows the line of the cliff below the house. A remarkable optical illusion actually makes the pool appear to be running straight into the sea.

The living room's striking design incorporates large natural stones and timber as part of its structure, with walls completely open to the west, making this the perfect place to relax your way through a breathtaking Caribbean sunset and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the elusive green flashes.* And when the final colors of the day fade from the sky, you can soak up the magic in the plunge pool as the stars spread out over the night sky and add even more sparkle to your stay.

Enjoy a large dining and living area

A fully equipped kitchen bursting with light and inviting dining area adjoin the living room, all furnished with attractive antiques set off against the Spanish clay tile floors and impressive open fireplace. Please note that Wi-Fi Internet access is complimentary for the guests at the Emerald Hill Villa. A wide verandah runs the full length of the house, overlooking the open sea on one side and the ethereal beauty of Marigot Bay on the other.

The two bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with its own private bathroom…and both feature wide, expansive windows and four-poster beds fashioned from native wood…all the better for you to lie back and drink in the splendor of the Caribbean seascape with.
